Vicky L. Fox, C-GC/T Founder/Executive Director
Vicky L. Fox-C-GC/T, serves as Executive Director of The Rainbow Center for Children and Adolescents. Mrs. Fox is a Certified Grief Counselor and Thanatologist, member of the American Academy of HealthCare Professionals, Board Member for National Association of Grieving Children, Bachelor of Science in Bereavement Education and Grief Counseling, pursuing her Masters and PH.D in grief couseloring and bereavement education. Mrs. Fox is responsible for short and long-range planning and management of the center. Mrs. Fox develop, coordinate and implement the curriculum for the grief support groups. Other duties include family and individual grief counseling, development of a sound fiscal program and support policies, and raise "Awareness of Grief" in children to the communities.

Our Staff
The Grief Support groups are facilitated by master level personnel with an extensive background in counseling, grief education and support groups. All facilitators are trained and must continue training eductation in grief counseling. All professional licenses must be current; and self-help therapy evaluations are recommended.
Lillie Hughey, LCSW - Facilitator
Ms. Hughey holds a Master of Science in Social Work and Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Her experience includes 23 years as a licensed social worker and board licensed with the State of Tennessee.
Melody Green, MA - Facilitator
Mrs. Green holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her experience includes conducting therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has familiarity with resources for social services in Memphis and the Midsouth, as well as experience in conducting psychosocial assessments, group facilitation, and family and individual therapy. Her group associations, awards and commendations are:

Tracie Taylor, LMSW - Facilitator
Mrs. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Social Work with a Clinical Concentration, and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Theatre with an emphasis in Speech Communication. Her experience includes psychosocial assessments, resolving conflicts between patients and families in crisis situations. Case Management, Therapeutic Counseling, Behavioral Modification, School Based Therapist, & PRN Therapist.
Sarah Volkening, BA - Art Therapy Group Facilitator
Sarah holds a Bachelors degree in Art therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has experience working in both art therapy sessions centered on the healing aspect of art making and the more traditional studio art sessions focused on the end product. Through her experience she has been able to create a safe and fun environment for the use of art as a healing practice.
